Refund policy

At J.BEHARI, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, we adhere to the following return policy:

Made-to-Order Items: As these pieces are customized and crafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In-Stock Items: Can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Accessories, sale items, and items purchased during promotions are non-returnable.

Return Process:

Once your return request is approved, we will guide you on how to ship the product back to us.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
